Description
- Taking all the money collected in the branch through the note-down drafts, posting daily registrar registrar and making all efforts to deposit the bank’s money at the right time and not keeping cash in hand at the end of the day.
- Generate Money Requisition necessary to distribute every day loan and withdraw money from the bank and distribute the loan.
- Preparation of various types of vouchers for transactions related work, writing cash book and keeping and registering various register updates.
- To save VAT and tax related accounts and to apply in the applicable public treasury after deducting sources.
- Posting the data in the company’s designated software.
- Prepare and take necessary steps to pay salary and other expenses within the stipulated time and prepare financial statements (receipt of accounts, revenues, income-expenditure accounts and surplus) and prepare quarterly, semi-monthly and annual account statement and send it to the head office.
- Prepare annual budget, budget control and budget variance report on quarterly basis and send it to the head office.
- Regarding bank account management and banking transactions and having presence in the bank in self-government and bank balance.
- According to the Financial Management Manual, all financial transactions are recorded and financial reports are prepared.
- In case of loan disbursement and savings, check all the documents and make payment.
- Keeping Balance Certificate at the end of the month and maintaining Bank Balance Update.
- Actual revenues, collections are shown in the register.
- Duties of the authorities in relation to the interests of the organization, including providing necessary assistance in other activities of the organization, in the work area
Educational Qualification: Masters in Trade. Must have at least 2 sections in all the exams. In case of grade method: At the level of 4.00, at minimum scale of 2.00 and 5.00 level, there should be at least 2.50 standard CGPA.
Employment Status: Full-time
Age: Age at most 35 years
Job Location: anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary Range: Apprenticeship 6 months in advance, Rs. 17,500 / -, Rs. 22,302 / – at the end of the probation period.
