Description
- In addition to the management of the clubs under the cluster, the responsibility of conducting established forums based on educational institutions in the respective areas.
- Conduct meetings and conduct meetings on time from the scheduled meetings of the respective forums and clubs. To sign the proceedings of each meeting and to ensure that attendance of the members is signed and write comments in the respective departments.
- Monitor the various activities undertaken by the adolescent.
- Communicating with parents, public representatives, government officials and dignitaries.
- Immediately after receiving the news of touching incidents such as child marriage, dowry, women torture, suicide etc., to appear on the spot in case of possible cases, including taking necessary measures.
- Conduct publicity / propaganda on various issues, organizing meetings etc. to regularly engage people of all generations in the area to facilitate implementation of the program.
- Regularly updating the various registers related to the program and performing the activities related to the program as directed by the donor organization.
- Create, store and transmit various reports and reports as per the needs of donor agencies and headquarters.
