Description

Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations as it relates to the industrial gas plant.
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Share a trusting relationship with team members and manage and develop plant staff
Prepare Production Plan, Oversee and track daily inventory level and stocking activities.
Monitor quality parameters of product, developing contingency plans for Plant safety and ensure readiness of LPG cylinders and bottling equipment
Schedule preventive maintenance, minimize operation downtime and maximize productivity
Provide a clear sense of direction and focus to all Supervising staff
Monitor & enforce compliance to safety procedures
Foster a cooperative and motivating spirit amongst staff

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 40 to 45 years
