Sales & Operation Manager (E-Cigarettes)

Description

  • Assisting the business (including manufacturing (Global Supply Chain), marketing, sales & distribution, etc.) with developing an improved understanding of tobacco and commercial regulations, as well as improved capability to communicate/discuss/align on legal issues in a timely and appropriate manner;
  • Advising on commercial law, including contracts and commercial issues
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial contracts (e.g. trading, purchasing, supply, service, distribution agreements, etc.)
  • Advising the business on product, including reviewing developments and legislation on relevant legal and regulatory matters and informing the business
  • Process mapping and improvement.
  • Showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Support sales and marketing team by providing the right target consumers at the right place based on brand objectives.
  • Responsible for all sales target and develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential markets.
  • Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities.
  • Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak market
  • Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area
  • Build a strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
  • Prepare monthly sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
  • Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
  • Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
  • Tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market.
  • Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
  • Initiate action plan to identify potential markets along with new sales opportunities.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Find out the market gaps(if any), sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel’s to avail the opportunities
  • Analysis the Market sales report & take necessary action based on findings.
  • Ensure sales distribution, Merchandising, display works which are carried out company’s objective.
  • Maintaining liaison with dealers and retailers.
  • Regularly monitor segment wise Customer Satisfaction Index to strengthen product performance and customer service activities.
  • Evaluation of monthly sales performance of all sales areas.
  • Develop core team and motivated work force for smooth operation by continuously monitoring.
  • Regular & systematic credits follow up.
  • Maintaining an increasing and sustainable sales of the company through core activities
  • Expanding the customer base/Product placement expansion
  • Compiling, Analyzing and Report sales/collection performance
  • Other official task and any assignment which assigned by Managing Director

Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Employment Status: Full-time
