Description

Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company HR policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable laws.
To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issues.
To maintain all kinds of training records.
To aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
To maintain the documents to customer audit.
To maintain all kinds of legal license.
Have strong idea about Accord and implementing ability of BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT, WRAP.
To maintain all kind of chemical issue.
To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, worker’s wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
To communicate with the different section Head regarding the compliance issues of working process.
Frequently visit production floor to find out discrepancies which violate policy.

Educational Qualification:

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed Business School in HRM.
Candidates having PGDHRM will be given preference.
