Description
- Daily Sewing Audit in KIABI Sewing lines, improve defects and Sewing if correct style with acceptable workmanship and measurements.
- Sewing production daily monitoring, maintain sewing quality by audit report and problem solving with production team.
- Total responsibility from cutting, sewing to shipment.
- Ensure factory processes are effective and compliant at all times, enabling final product quality that meets the required workmanship, construction and safety standards.
- Provide problem solving solutions on technical, production and quality issues.
- Conduct in- line product quality checks to determine areas for process improvement. Address issues collaboratively with concern personnel and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately to safeguard product quality.
- Monitor and control the Traffic Light System (TLS) on the sewing lines.
- Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the factory and highlight areas of concern.
- Make sure product and processes are consistently complying with all safety requirements.
- Monitor and control every processes with respect to needle control procedure, sharp tools control procedure and metal free zone process.
- Conduct regular process control audits
- Train factory teams on all SOPs, Vendor manuals and other processes related to workmanship, fit, product and process safety, and guide them to apply those practically.
Educational Qualification: Degree/ Masters
