Description

Manage all admin operations of the factory including compensation, talent hunt, performance management, manpower planning etc.
Develop, implement, review and evaluate the organization’s HR & Admin Strategy across the Group.
Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures across the Group.
Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in Business Administration or Relative field.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at least 40 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies.
Skilled, Expert, Especially for Readymade garments
Proven experience as administration Head of any renowned group of Companies.
Priority will be given to government administrative holder: like Retired Police IG or Additional IG/DIG.

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Projects/Group of Companies with production plants.
Experience in the project of Production & Sales will get preference.
