General Banking:
- Take initiatives for smooth customer service
- Look after complaint issues
- Report to relevant stakeholders·
- Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service
Cash Department:
- Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by Service Excellence in the Cash Area
- Achieving assigned business targets set by the Management
- Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service
- Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading/ Reconcile of ATM
Branch Retail/ Branch SME RM :
- Look after branch SME business-related issues
- Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
- Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from any UGC-approved university with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00. Applicants with a third division are not eligible.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
