Description

Responsible for the receipt and issue of all the materials arriving at the store with proper documentation
Maintain all relevant documents related to the store and its periodical updating
Handle stock in-out, raw materials (RM) in-out, sales In-Out and daily procurement of RM and maintain RM as well as finish goods.
Analyses the monthly use of RM using minimum stock system & FIFO method to minimize over stocking
Keep list and update about RM shortage prior to the Purchase department for future planning
Follow up stock register for all items
Face the annual inventory with the external & internal auditor
Ensure all products inventory by using BIN card
Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store
Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store
Maintain reports of MRR, delivery Chalan and gate passes
Ensure proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records
Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and submit to the management
Monitor & make comparison report to purchase requisition & budge control
Maintain ERP system according to responsibility
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management

Educational Qualification

Masters or MBA in Finance & Accounting from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory or Store or Warehouse, Supply Chain
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

Age 33 to 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Good knowledge on accessories, RM and finished goods storing system with proper documentation.
Proficient with MS Office, Power Point and Oracle software.
Sound communication skills.
Very good leadership qualities.
Strategic mindset.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Dynamic, self-motivated and independent.
Ability to work under huge pressure.
Ability to manage different internal stakeholders and bring the desired result.
