Job Responsibilities
- Plan for sterilization machineries operation
- Carry out routine maintenance & coordinate preventive & Breakdown maintenance
- Prepare & maintain machines utilization report, maintenance record & Documentation
- Trouble shooting of Injection Molding and Sterilization Machine
- To prepare monthly production plan for molding section and monitoring
- Supervise cleanliness of Injection machine and Injection machine floor
- To prepare SOP and validation document (OQ, PQ)
- To handle compliance & nonconformity
- Follow and guide the team according to SOP of respective area
- Perform all IQ for relevant production equipment & machineries. Update records on protocol and reports
- To prepare the Preventive Maintenance schedule of all machineries and update the relevant documents
- To prepare and update QMS related documents

Medical Equipment - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
