Data collection from the markets for each SBU’s and implementation the plan how to generates revenue for entire group.
According to data information have to Plan, design and execute digital Marketing strategies
Supervise, monitor and coordinate all kinds of marketing activities.
Marketing plan for each SBU’s and reports periodically to the higher authority.
Oversee the marketing staffs and also their daily schedules
Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results.
As a group marketing manager also have to co-ordinate with teams across different SBU’s such as Marketing plan, corporate communications, product development and more.
Meet or exceed the marketing targets given by the management.
