Description
- Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
- Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software (ERP).
- Receive store materials (Spare parts, Accessories, packing materials etc) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
- Distribute store materials to our Units as per requisition.
- Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
- Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
- Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
- Maintain store ledgers properly
- Follow up buyer wise accessories
- Collect Accessories Purchase Order from Merchandising dept
- Submit Accessories M.R.R to Head officer of Accounts dept.
- Contact with supplier about accessories problem & solve issue.
- Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept for delivery.
- Sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
- Conduct Audit to ensure that Accessories keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor in Science/ Commerce is preferable.
