Description

Receiving order sheet from international business unit and coordinating with production.
Follow up on time delivery of raw materials against order quantity.
Ensuring the materials in warehouse with required quality and quantity.
Follow up inventory report daily and co-ordinate with store.
Plan and prepare production schedules for manufacturing shoes according to the customer date and materials availability.
Arrange required materials against order and follow up inventory report.
Co-ordination with all concern department for a successful completion of all orders.
Set the target of daily production following the customer delivery date.
Follow-up the daily production as per plan and check the quality of product.
Provide technical support and ensure maintenance of the quality.
Follow up to achieve target of the production as per the schedule.
Calculate the percentage of wastage (cutting, sewing & lasting).
Must have good idea about various types of leather or footwear related products.
Regular visit report of associate business unit.
Prepare the daily production report.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree from reputed educational institution/ Preferable B.Sc. Engg. in Leather Technology

3 to 4 year(s)
