Description
- Be in permanent contacts with travel agents, tour operators, man-power recruiting agents, corporate houses and any other source of business
- Undertake field sales, telephone sales and sales related administration.
- Negotiate, conclude, manage a variety of sales deals after sales service
- Distribute updated fare chart, flight schedule, taxes & correspondence to the agents by E-mail.
- Explore for new ways of distribution Channel for Sales.
- Prepare and follow up the total passengers uplifted on operated flight on monthly basis
- Establish rapport with business associates, chamber of commerce, foreign missions etc.
- Gather information on competitors activities
- Create market to achieve maximum business from agent as well as corporate clients.
- Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management

Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- MBA / BBA from a reputed university.
- 2 years’ experience in Travel Agency/Airlines preferably.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
- Well conversant in MS Office Suite, and email.
- An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure.
