Job Purpose:

Lead and direct the broad line strategy for the Airtel Brand and all related strategies for execution. The person will be responsible to develop and enhance Airtel Product & Pricing and Customer Life Cycle Management portfolio for voice, Data Business, acquisitions and establish Airtel as a formidable national brand in the market. This position will also be responsible to ensure that Airelt’s brand position is strengthened in the market.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead from the front overall Airtel business portfolio, primarily focused on Subscriber base & revenue growth based on the brand segmentation.
Direct the creation of the strategic road map for the Products & Services portfolio and pricing of mass market in line with overall pricing strategy
Lead the design and implementation of the overall customer value / ARPU/customer retention/Roaming management strategy, to contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and market share targets.
Devise subscriber growth plan together with Head of Sales, to drive quality acquisition across clusters as per Cluster Growth Strategy
Collaborate with Head of Digital to drive business through Robi self-care app and ensure growth in MAU of App users
Ensure overall health of the RGB / user segment while delivering annual business targets and future growth ambitions of the organization.
Strategize and lead micro market product and pricing to optimize the resources and demographic needs.
Lead end-to-end responsibility for products and campaigns, including but not limited to in-depth analytics, insights analysis, product/campaign design, pricing, promotion, channel activities, customer loyalty and retention.
Develop and implement all CLM processes and knowledge, including systems necessary for reaching targets for the company and the department.
Work with Brand strategyteam to build a powerful youth-centric data-savvy brand leading to digital-only brand
Develop and execute plans for on-ground activations with specific or generic campaigns to ensure brand presence across country together with brand strategyand trade marketing teams
Develop new ideas to generate new activations/revenue/awareness through innovative use of existing media, programs, and partners.

Requirements:

At least 15 years’ experience in relative
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to clearly communicate and present to C-level executives
Ability to work with and influence multiple business units/groups within the company
Good business sense and ability to understand complex business situations
Strong understanding of corporate strategy processes and best-practices
