Description

• Devoted to client network monitoring, troubleshooting and support
• Mostly engaged with Locally PoP wise Client Support
• Frequently visiting to client’s premises whenever needed to solve complex support issues
• Install and maintain network related hardware and software.
• Configure and install WiFi Router, L2Switch, Server and other networking devices related to fiber and wireless.
• Provide support like router configuration, PC hardware and software related installation and troubleshooting etc. to the corporate customers.
• First level support to customers including troubleshooting PC, Laptop, Cellphone, Email setting and escalation to upper level if required.
• Reporting progress of task and escalating problems to the Support Manager.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, Internet and Intranet systems.
• Understanding IPv4 and Basic Knowledge of IPv6
