Description
- Lead and actively participate in the planning, erection, and commissioning of flour mills.
- Oversee daily mill operations to ensure they run optimally in terms of performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to milling equipment and processes.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Continuously monitor and improve mill operations to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Responsible for overall production and quality assurance as per the established quality target.
- Ensure accountability of Raw Materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other stores.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Make continuous efforts to reduce wastage and cost-cutting in every section at factories.
- Prepare engineering analysis of the project including Preliminary design, calculation, life cycle of machinery, cost of maintenance & equipment including manpower cost in mechanical & electrical division.
- Oversee all kinds of reports (breakdown, shutdown, maintenance, production, delivery, inventory, etc.).
- Develop erection plans and schedules.
- Determine the most efficient and safe methods for assembly and installation.
- Oversee site logistics and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a synchronized erection process.
- To provide strategic direction for operational excellence and ensure thorough gap analysis on procedures, people competencies and organizational set up.
- Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical/EEE/Chemical Engineering/IPE
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commissioning, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Production - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
