Description
- Perform Internal Audit on Inventory Management system of Retail Outlets and Service Center, Center Warehouse, manufacturing factory/industry.
- Perform in Financial Audit of the company
- Conducting market audit to find specific market gap and opportunities from market end & distributor end.
- Prepare audit report & share the report to the concern management after conducting any sorts of audit or investigation.
- Follow up on implementation of audit findings
- Check & verify local procurement process and all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy transference of accounting transaction.
- Perform Audit & Inspection activities as per audit program, policy and procedure throughout all business processes i.e. operational and financial of the company.
- Perform follow-up reviews of Audit & Inspection recommendations and prepare follow-up report.
- Maintaining the report of Procurement, Accounts, Inventory.
- Participate in special audit as and when required.
- ensure physical verification of cash of all Concerns
- Ensure Surprise audit, Operational audit, Compliance audit. Performance audit, Etc.
- Check all Operational Expenses- Petty cash, Stationery bill, Power/Fuel bill, Courier bill etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts & Finance
- Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Audit investigation, Internal Audit - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Retail Store, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Willing to move anywhere of Bangladesh
- Moderate level proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required
- Must ability on report writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Team player and can do attitude
