Description
- Support for upazila level stakeholders coordination, planning, monitoring of the project implement
- Maintaining effective collaboration and coordination with the Distrcit, Upazila and Union level relevant department of GoB, DMC, UzDMC and UDMC, CPP, BDRC etc.
- Conduct training and provide technical support on Mobile data Collection (ODK, KoBo), Lead survey team for conducting field level data collection and report to Shushilan MEAL team.
- Conduct consultation meetings, seminars and workshops, campaign and advocacy and training session on climate change and DRR.
- Maintained the overall district and upazila level management, accounting and reporting
- Staff supervision and provided feedback and guidance to the staff considering reviewing the progress and field observations for better performance.
- Carry out process and progress monitoring activities as per the MEAL Plan of the project.
- Review project-related crucial problems which are forwarded by the Project lead and take the necessary steps to resolve them on a priority basis.
- Responsible for case study collection, reporting and ensuring media coverage (photos and videos).
- Prepared and support the project coordinator in preparing project reports through appropriate data validation, verification and triangulation.
- Support and prepared event report, daily, weekly and monthly, quarterly report/information
- Orient key stakeholders on Complaints & Feedback Mechanism (CFM), Child Protection, Safeguarding & Gender Sensitivity issues in relation to project activities.
- Willing and able to travel frequently for extended activities and remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently to remote coastal areas.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding. for establishing a safe working environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education
- Masters/bachelor degree preferably in Disaster Management, Development Studies, Social Science or relevant discipline.
Experience
- At least 5 years

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Humanitarian Response, Anticipatory Action, DRR/CCA project activities.
- Team building capacity
- Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
- Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have sound knowledge on online platform Zoom and Microsoft teams with WhatsApp, Telegram etc.
- Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
- Ability to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license.
