Description
- Conduct the awareness training program on rules and regulations compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
- Workers & Staff Welfare and counseling.
- Ensure congenial work place.
- Collect the employees’ grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis.
- Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
- Keeping official record on welfare management.
- Take care of workers, special care of pregnant workers.
- Ensure all over welfare activities as per Law-2006 and Company’s policies.
- Others task assigned by the Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA in reputed university.
- Social Work/ Social Welfare background candidates are encourage to apply.

Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Experience in Garments (Woven- Shirt) factory is an added advantage.
- Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
- Good Command in English.
- Must have sound Computer knowledge: MS Office & Typing both Bengali, English as well as preparing power point presentation.
