Human Resources:-
Manage Station’s overall HR processes for a dynamic and resilient team
Coordinate staff matters including recruitment, training opportunities, staff onboarding, benefits, engagement, staff travel, performance appraisal etc.
Identify opportunities and deploy solutions for change management leveraging digital transformation.
Administrative:-
Oversee Procurement across the station
Admin support for posted staff
Staff & office admin
Provide coverage for Local IT Coordinator in his/her absence.
Staff travel
Any other project as assigned by Management

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Strong communication and planning skills
Meticulous and organized in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
Skills Required: Administration, Computer skill, Management, Training & Development

Experience Requirements

At most 3 year(s)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
