Description
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements.
- • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
- • Selects design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- • Enhances and improves interior spaces’ functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor.
- • Creates project budgets, including materials, labour and negotiates pricing for materials and labour.
- • Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.
- • Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors, and hires out work as necessary.
- • Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.
- • Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors.
- • Follow architectural trends and advancements.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D designer, Adobe Photoshop
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Proven working experience as an Architect.
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior & Exterior Design concept.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of interior/exterior design, space design, workstation, office, apartment design and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
