Description
- Establish chemical lab for solid dyeing process.
- Design & select Machinery to be used in the Lab.
- Prepare recipe for dyeing & process sequence to be followed in the Lab.
- Practice Research & Development (R & D) activities for reducing dyeing cost.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machineries, manpower and resources.
- Lab Dipping & lead team members to monitor lab dip matching, all types of test and washing effects.
- Make annual budget for the laboratory.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textiles Engineering / Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from reputed University/College. Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of highly experience candidates.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 35 years
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Capability to build and lead a new department.
- Detailed knowledge on machineries.
- Knowledge on International Quality Management System and ISO, AATCC & ASTM test methods.
- Candidates must have working experience with world renowned buyers.
- Good communication skills in English & Bangla both written & oral.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame
