Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct site selection for various projects within Trust Bank’s scope.
- Develop comprehensive layout plans and 3D drawings for proposed projects.
- Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantity (BOQ) for construction and interior works.
- Manage the entire process of tendering, ensuring adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee and supervise interior and construction works to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor ongoing projects, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring timely completion.
- Assess and process bills related to construction and interior projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline payment processes and ensure prompt disbursement of bills.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all project-related documentation and financial transactions.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, highlighting key achievements and potential.

Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Experience on preparation of BOQ and Assessment of the same.
- Adequate knowledge/ experience on working with AutoCAD, 3D drawing and MS office (especially MS word, Excel and Power Point)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
