Description

Management of Accounts & Finance related all activities.
Improvement of internal control systems.
Imparting skill development training to own team members (incl. field) on regular basis
Ensuring compliances of rules of IDRA and other statutory bodies
Supervision of the activities of accounts & finance personnel
Preparation and submission of necessary reports/analysis timely including budget & budgetary control
Maintaining liaison with all relevant sections/departments/authorities

Educational Qualification: CA (Professional level/ partly qualified)

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

The applicants should have relevant experience of more than five (5) years in Life Insurance
Good communication skill (Bangla and English)
Excellent analytical skill and strong personality to plan, control, supervise and organize the departmental activities.
Knowledge about International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
Knowledge on working in SAP or other renowned software.

Experience: At least 5 year(s)
