• Ensuring product quality as per customer quality standard.
• Maintaining product quality by checking 100% & random audit as per buyer AQL (2.5) level.
• Continuous quality improvement, problem root cause analysis, Giving technical solution & work on waste control.
• Taking all the root cause analysis to top management & discuss about permanent solution of each & every problem.
• Go through with process & try to eliminate unwanted process to save time.
• Arranging regular training session with the workers and staffs about quality technical details.
• Properly follow-up the shipment plan & work according to meet on time shipment.
• Directly dealing with buyer of product different quality criteria & critical technical issue.
• Work closely with top management, Technician and Merchandiser to secure the best final products.
• Ensuring garments measurement from washing & discuss about pattern if any issue have.
• Ensure sample (development sample & all buyer sample).
