Description
- Communicate and expand the current procurement channel with team effort.
- Need to collect quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS for Management approval.
- Sourcing vendors and negotiating as per standardized purchase limits of organization.
- Capable for identification and realization of cost-saving & cost-reduction opportunities.
- Issuing purchase order and strong follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
- Preparing material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of material.
- Generate and update order status tracking sheet, reconciliation and timely reporting.
- Perform any type of duties as assigned by the management when required.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Masters/ MBA in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- Age up to 32 year(s).
- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years of practical experience.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain.
- Experience in ERP programs (enterprise level preferred).
- Candidates should be skilful in Computer operation in MS Word & Excel.
- Able to work under pressure & independently.
Salary Range: Negotiable
