- Credit Card, Digital Payment Solutions এবং এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত সকল ব্যাংকিং সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে পরিপূর্ণভাবে জানা।
- সম্ভাব্য সকল বহুজাতিক/ দেশীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানে Corporate Offer দেয়া এবং Product Presentation করা।
- বিভিন্ন তথ্যের উৎস থেকে সুপরিচিত বহুজাতিক/দেশীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের বা Society/ Association/Club এর সদস্য/কর্মকর্তাদের তালিকা/নির্দেশিকা সংগ্রহ করে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের তালিকা তৈরি করা।
- প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ৩০ জন সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকের সাথে দেখা করে বা কমপক্ষে ৫০ জন গ্রাহকে ফোন করে – Credit Card এর গণাগুণ বোঝানো এবং কমপক্ষে ২ টি Credit Card Application সংগ্রহ করা।
- গ্রাহকের পরিপূর্ণ তথ্য দিয়ে সঠিকভাবে Credit Card Application Form পূরণ করা/করানো এবং প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজ পএাদি সঠিকভাবে সংগ্রহ করা।
- সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে অনুমতি নিয়ে তাদের Visiting Cardএবং বিস্তারিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
- প্রতিদিন Potential Client Visit এর Call Report তৈরী করে সংশ্লিষ্ট Relationship Manager কাছে জমা দেয়া।
- গ্রাহক সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
Educational Qualification:
- সরকার অনুমোদিত যেকোন কলেজ/বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে নুন্যতম ২য় বিভাগ পেয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি প্রাপ্ত।

- 1.মাসিক ১০০ পয়েন্টের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্থাৎ নুন্যতম ১০টি বা তার বেশী Credit Card ইস্যু করলেই নূন্যতম ২৫,০০০ (পঁচিশ হাজার) টাকা পাবেন। 2.লক্ষ্যমাত্রার বেশী অর্জন করলে মাসে সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০,০০ (এক লক্ষ) টাকা পর্যন্ত আয়ের সুযোগ রয়েছে। 3.শিক্ষানবিশ থাকাকালীন (প্রথম তিন মাস) নূন্যতম মাসিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করতে না পারলেও ৪,০০০ টাকা করে প্রদান করা হবে।
