Description
- The key purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation of the project through intensive involvement in the process of project management and operation. S/he will be the key responsible person for leading the project team through planning, implementation and managing the overall project execution to ensure time bound deliverables and reporting to all concerned. S/he will closely work with project team and will maintain close coordination and collaboration with the donor, local government, local administration, non-government and civil society organizations.
- Overall responsible person to ensure successful implementation of the project including preparing implementation plan.
- Develop operational plan in line with the project objectives and approved budget
- Day to day management and operation of project activities.
- Ensure supportive supervision and monitor to all activities of the project and provide necessary feedback to the respective officials for their further improvement.
- Conduct weekly and monthly staff meetings along to review progress as per set objective and target.
- Ensure the quality of data for reporting, Financial Analysis, Inventory and others generated information.
- Ensure to produce and submit all kinds of reports through proper data validation.
- Ensure adequate transparency in financial control, proper governing and monitoring to the expenditure of funds.
- Ensure valid and reliable data recording and reporting with assistance of related person
- Establish linkage with BGS and donors
- Maintain liaison with GoB, local representative and other stakeholders for smooth program implementation at field level.
- Maintain liaison with local community and different local stakeholders effectively to ensure proper implementation of the project.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Salary and Benefits: Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand).

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 48 years
- Working area: Pairaband Union under Mithapukur Upazila of Rangpur district.
- Academic Qualification: Post graduate degree from any discipline and any recognized university in Social Science.
- Experience: Should have minimum 7 years experience in NGO/development sector holding at least 3 years in senior level managerial position. Experienced and having expertise on implementing project/program on youth development and social cohesion through extensive social mobilization and developing youth as change agent in building social peace and harmony.
