Description
- Update the internal Accounts & Finance operational policies and procedures of the organization.
- Monitor & co-relate with the monthly budget and actual expenses.
- MIS Report to Management regarding Month Closing Activities.
- Employee Payroll updates and disburses timely and accurately.
- Communicate with Branch Office, Bank and other 3rd Party Supplier regarding various accounts related tasks.
- Posting and adjustment of Cash/ Bank/ and Journal Vouchers in Accounting Software.
- Verify all kinds of bill/Approvals for ensuring accuracy of accounting transaction.
- Preparing and updating Bank Reconciliation.
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have M.Com ( Accounting/Finance) / MBA(Accounting/Finance)
- Candidates who have completed CMA 800-1200 will be preferred
Employment Status:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Knowledge of Accounting and bookkeeping terminology and practices
- Ability to reconcile and balance financial transactions and accounts
- Ability to assist others in solving work problems
- Proficiency in Computer applications i.e. MS Word, Excel
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Language proficiency: English and Bangla
- Candidate should be Non-Smoker
Experience: 3 to 4 year(s)
