Description
- Formulate various action-plans for projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Conduct surveys and field studies, compile data and develop various reports
- Prepare effective planning and monitoring system for overall project works and progress
- Provide project progress status, delays and issues to authority in timely manner
- Lead the whole operation of project implementation, supervision and execution
- Manage project team to execute projects operation project effectively and efficiently
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions with execution plan
- Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on regular basis
- Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract
- Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
- Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
- Provide support and guidance to project team as and when needed
