Description

• Assist to plan, manage and administer recruitment & selection process and employee engagement events.
• Maintain employee personal files, records and HRIS.
• Assist to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
• Communicate with candidates, recruitment sources, training institutes etc.
• Conduct research on contemporary HR issues and prepare summaries/ presentations
• Provide support to the HR team in timely implementation of HR events

Requirements:

• Academic background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in English
• Working experience: Minimum 1 year in any field.
• Language skill: Excellent in English (writing and speaking).               
• Computer skill: Operation of internet, e-mailing (Outlook), Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point
• Personal skill: High level of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, patience and ability to work in a team often under pressure.

Job location: Head office, Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
