Description
- Ensure proper delivery of the products to customers.
- Ensure payment from customers as per invoice and submit to accounts department.
- Update in the software after delivering products to customers.
- Follow-up call to customers those not received the products.
- Answer questions and address complaints from the customers.
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Receive letters, packages etc.and distribute them.
