Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full time employment.
- To take up civil cases which are assigned by the authority of Kohinoor Chemical Co. (BD) Ltd only.
- Arrange and coordinate panel lawyers/external lawyers as and when advised by the management.
- To manage and maintain upto date documents of lands and properties.
Job Specifications:
- LL.B (Hon’s) and LL.M from any recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on civil case (cases related to land and properties).
- Must have the membership of Dhaka Bar Association.
- Must have adequate updated knowledge on Civil laws.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bengali and English.
- Adequate computer knowledge.
- Experience in corporate environment will be an added competency.
Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
