• নবীন উদ্যোক্তা বাছা্‌ই এর জন্য কর্মশালার আয়োজন করা।
• নিয়মিত মাঠ পরিদর্শনপূর্বক তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ করে সম্ভাব্য নবীন উদ্যোক্তা নির্বাচন করা।
• ডিজাইন ল্যাবে উপস্থাপনের পূর্বে ব্যবসা বিশ্লেষণ করা এবং তদনুযায়ী ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা।
• সঠিক বাছাইয়ের মাধ্যমে নবীন উদ্যোক্তা নির্বাচন করে বিনিয়োগ প্রদান ও বিনিয়োগ ফেরত নিশ্চিত করা।
• নিয়মিত নবীন উদ্যোক্তাদের ব্যবসায়িক প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিদর্শন, তাদের ব্যবসার অবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ ও আলোচনা করা।
• নবীন উদ্যোক্তার দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য কাজ করা।
• সম্ভাব্য নারী উদ্যোক্তা বাছাই করা।
