Description
Maintain online Cheque submission to the bank. Maintain bank account balance collection. LC documents process, submission, LC draft collection, checking & swift copy collection throw proper channel. PI or indent copy collect and send it to the bank. Supplier shipping documents collect and forward it to the Insurance company for C&F. Collect original import bank documents & forward it to C&F. Daily financial statement updating (Banks a/c balance, chemical balance and company party ledger balance). Bank account opening, closing and all bank accounts updating as per requirement with Transaction profile (NID, PP, TIN, Trade License, VAT). License renewal (Trade License -15, IRC-11, VAT, Explosive License, Narcotics License and Fire License) LC Limit renewal. Pay Order processing, fund transfer & LC short margin control. Group Insurance renewal. Imported goods position statement update and send the document to the respective person. LC files process along with required documents. Maintain DIT & Different AC land official tusk. Monthly Bank statement collection for all accounts. LC margin (30%, 70% & 100%) statement and bank voucher collection and handover accounts section. Bill of entry collection & submit it to the bank. Yearly AIT sheet preparing against import bill of entry for tax return submission.
