Jr. Executive – Sales & Marketing (Walk-in Interview)
Description
- Represent ourselves as an ambassador of company to people in market as they believe you as their opinion leader. To look after customer quarries & counseling.
- Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
- Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get Approval route chart from line authority.
- Make our product available in 80% outlet covered in route chart. Have to increase demand of our product to the stakeholders. Ensure order and sales collection through dealer.
- Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.
- Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives. Disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.
- Attain monthly target and collection as assigned.
- Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders. Execution of all BTL activities (Carpenter seminar, Poultry, Dairy seminars, etc).
- Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for taking necessary Steps.
- Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Target & the personal Goal.
- Ensure attendance through proper participation in community events, educational event, by NGO, GO.
- Build up personal relationship with all stakeholders in market through Uthan Boithak, and continuous communication.
- Have to achieve the conversion target, Seminar execution target Carpenter visit target, Poultry/Dairy visit target.
- Visit physically Living houses structure, rusted house, poultry, dairy firm, carpenter, ULO/DLO Influencer & maintain database. Cover all village & Para-moholla.
- Door to Door awareness activation to promote our brand.
Educational Qualification:
- HSC/ Bachelor in any discipline.
- Diploma in Livestock, Agriculture, Veterinary and Animal Sciences will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At most 4 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good Communication Skill
- Smart, Energetic & Hardworking
- Ability to work for long working hours
- Must-Have own Motorbike along with driving license
- Candidates Having Experience in Sales/as SR will get preference
