Rolling Mill Expert
General Summary:
To review the operational data of the Mill on a regularly basis, analyze and evaluate the efficiency and quality of rolling. Analyze failure details and root causes, evaluate functional and technical activities of the rolling mill, suggest engineering improvements and follow up for the implementation.
Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university
Professional Experience (Must haves) :
- 15-20 Years of expereince in Rolling Mill Operation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, team working and problem-solving skills in multi-cultural environment.
Manager – Heavy Section Mill
General Summary:
Complete Plant Management responsibility to ensure Plant Equipment and Personnel are effectively and competitively utilised to deliver maximum value for the Business now, and in the future, through optimal leadership and deployment of World Class Manufacturing, HSEQ, CSR, Asset Management; Innovation, People Development and Customer Focused Philosophies, Policies, Procedures and Practices.
Minimum Education Qualifications :
Engineering or Management Degree
Professional Experience (Must Have) :
- 10-15 years’ experience in Medium/Heavy Section Mills.
- 5-10 years in a Senior Management role in Medium/Heavy Section Mills.
