Description
- Please Don’t Apply if you are not fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service related questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
- Accomplish excellent customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Analysis customer queries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Supporting Online Consultancy and Reservation Booking procedure for International Clients is a major responsibility to handle with.
Educational Qualification:
- Applicant from English Medium background are preferable.
- ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level or Graduate/ Post Graduate student with good English skill is also encouraged to Apply
