Description
- Ensure compliance on environmental protection issues at factory premises.
- Monitor Environmental Management System (EMS) and look related health & safety issues.
- Occupational Health and Safety related work.
- Establishing as per required Chemical Management.
- Conducting “HIGG INDEX & Implementation Strategy” in factory premises.
- Conducting Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Follow the RSL & MRSL and maintain strictly. Ensure original MSDS, TDS, Guaranty letter and other certificates from suppliers
- Regular visit to facility areas, Identify Environment and chemical risk, find control measure & take preventive and corrective action.
- Ensure safety of all chemical process and products in the company and also keep the premises free from all chemical toxicities.
- Monitor internal chemical transport, storage, distribution, mixing, handling and disposal. Provide abstract labels, secondary containment & appropriate PPE and monitor to maintain regularly.
- Arrange training related to environmental awareness & reduction of hazardous impact of chemicals.
- Monitor chemical inventory sheets and check updates on regular basis.
- Conduct Internal Mold Audit as a Lead Auditor for factory premises.
- Conduct Internal Social Compliance Audit as a Lead Auditor for factory premises.
- Ensure & Coordinate Other Audit as Per Requirement.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc. in Environmental Science.
Employment Status: Full-time

- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Garments/Tex
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Good knowledge & skills in Computer Operating
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
