Description
- Design, develop and implement HR policy of the partner Organization under challenge Fund Partnership agreement.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Partner organization from the HR point of view.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of Partner and SAJIDA
- Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively
- Bridge SAJIDA and Partner organization relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues from the HR point of view.
- Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of HR support services among SAJIDA & Partner Organization.
- Responsible for analysis the SOP and Policy of SAJIDA and update accordingly.
- Carry order Management’s decision and execute accordingly.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Skills Required: HRIS/ HR Database Management, Policy Development, SOP Development
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS, HRIS/ HR Database Management, SOP Development - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manpower Recruitment, NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
