Description

Identifies and searches potential new products like-Flats, Plots, & Commercial Spaces etc.
Must be able to lead a team of professionals to meet targets.
Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
Must have thorough knowledge on Govt. and Legal procedures in ownership and title ship of properties owned including Rajuk Rules.
Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules.
Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
Can assess total costs of company purchases and Inventories.
Must be Target oriented.
Must be able to develop short term and long term purchase strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
Manage all relationship communication to owners of properties through effective management of the marketing function.
Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic planning.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline
