Description
- Manage and develop corporate customer in plastic or FMCG sector
- Stay updated with regards to product specifications and production processes
- Communicate with production team to meet product parameters as per requirement of customer
- Maintain cordial liaison with Corporate clients so as to acquire orders
- Achieves sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather enough technical knowledge to Brand the company’s product as the best alternative in the market
- Prepare sales forecast and marketing budgets; monitor sales volume of each corporate client, the projected revenue and forecast revenue generation during down season
- Possess detailed technical knowledge of all products or services offered so Corporate clients understand easily
- Develop relationship to generate customer goodwill and constancy
- Negotiate according to company guideline
- Identifies, researches and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products
- Diagnose complaint or problem at source to solve customer complaint
- Evaluate sales potential and develop of sales programs and strategies
- Drive utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Customer focus Six Sigma)
- Identify market opportunities, competitive activities/weaknesses, and then execute new marketing campaigns and sales activities
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical TechnicalEngineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelors and Masters from recognized and reputed University preferred
- Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Business Development,Advertising & Promotion,Corporate Marketing,FMCG Sales & Marketing
- At least 7 year(s)
