Syngenta Foundation’s presence in Bangladesh since 2011 and has been implementing several cutting edge agricultural development projects for improving the income and livelihood opportunities of smallholders in Bangladesh. SFSA Bangladesh has been implementing 6+ projects under the broad strategy of increasing the smallholders’ productivity and linking to the market. Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) is the integral part of this organization and the cross cutting issue of all projects. Regular field monitoring, conducting survey and research, report writing and communication are some key tasks of Under the MRM the team.
SFSA Bangladesh is looking for a young fresh graduate females candidate who has learning mentality with heard working and things must be done attitude; and will contribute in SFSA’s MRM system. The duration of the internship will be six months, with the possibility of regularization.

Description
- Support in design and implementation of early sign of impact, surveys, baseline and other components of MRM system
- Develop different shorts of impact stories, case studies, short assessment reports, news bulletins etc.
- Analyze the field data and generate monthly and periodical reports
- Assist to develop the communication material and reports for internal and external sharing
- Regular field monitoring and produce visit reports
- Support to implement the MRM system at field level
- Any other specific areas of responsibilities shall be assigned
Relationships:
She will be reportable to the Manager, MRM & ICT and work in close coordination with different project and MRM team

- Graduate from any reputed universities preferably in Statistics, Economics, IBA or PS & HRD
- Good commend in English writing, data analysis and report generation
- Good computer skills in MS Office, SPSS, Internet application and email correspondence
- Basic knowledge on Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla
- Willingness to provide service as intern for at least six months
- Willingness to travel project locations as required
- Motivated, pro-active, team player and able to work in multicultural environment
- No need to past job experiences
Location: Based in Dhaka
