- Analyze the performance of assigned market and advice the respective colleagues accordingly
- Monitor regular sales growth of assigned market and immediately address any decline in sales
- Coordinate with the interfacing departments to ensure necessary support for all the regions
- Formulate strategies to develop junior colleagues as well as market/territories/regions
- Propose plan and implement rearrangement of region, Sales District and Sales Group
- Visit credit customers to check their feasibility and outstanding and monitoring the total outstanding assigned market
- MBA & Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience is preferable
- Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Within 35 years of age
