Senior Executive/Executive(Sales & Marketing)

Description:

• Prepare overall sales, Marketing, Distribution and Branding Strategy.
• Planning Sales Budget.
• Develop & Ensure Segmentation, Competitive analysis/Market Intelligence, Prospecting, Lead generation, product and market development, pricing promotions, Communications and budgets, effectiveness, Strategic planning, service units revenue, retention and growth.
• To monitor for carrying out market research and Customer Surveys to assess demand brand positioning and awareness.
• Create product road map.
• Develop underdeveloped market as new market opportunity.
• Ensure proper planning and execution to retain existing customers.
• Ensure Maximum output from each and every marketing officer.
• Monitor existing clients with effective cooperation.
• Monitor monthly report over existing customer with their feedback.
• Monitor whole process of work order and delivery order process.
• Liaising and Networking with customers market and product planning.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Monitor in maintaining and updating existing and potential customer databases.
• Monitoring competitor activity and plan for preventive action.
• Identify customer and make them understand about our product and its quality.
• Promote company’s brands in all institutional development sectors.
• Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.
• Generate Sales from Corporate and Dealers Segment.
• Preparing price quotations, ensuring delivery, bill submission, collecting payment, and handling disputes.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Master Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Engineering Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Not allowed any 3rd Division.
