Description
- Visit and negotiate with overdue clients for regularize the account
- Solve the legal matters by following relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain and keeping all legal information, documents, legal and recovery expenses
- Monitor the activities of recovery agents
- Provide and coordinate with necessary information/documents to the concern department
- Performing reports
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Experience on recovery of loan, handling critical client, dealing with NI Act, Artha Rin case, selling of mortgaged property, managing recovery agent, lawyers, law enforcement authority, regulatory authority, etc,
- Motor Driving skill is preferable
