- পিপল্স ওরিয়েন্টেড প্রোগ্রাম ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন (পপি) পিছিয়ে পড়া জনগোষ্ঠীর আর্থ-সামাজিক অবস্থার উন্নয়নে ১৯৮৬ সাল থেকে কাজ করে আসছে। সংস্থার ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রম সফলভাবে বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে উল্লেখিত পদে নিয়োগের জন্য আগ্রহী যোগ্য ও অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।

- সংস্থার বিভিন্ন জেলায় অবস্থিত শাখা ও প্রকল্প অফিসে অবস্থান করে প্রতি মাসে ৩-৪ টি শাখা নিরীক্ষা কাজ সম্পাদন করতে হবে এবং নিরীক্ষা প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করতে হবে। এনজিও/ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ১-২ বছর সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজের অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদেরকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে। কম্পিউটার কাজে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
