Description
- Explore new markets & drive for areas of new business revenues for industrial lighting and associated products and solutions.
- Lead and support the team for overall target achievement.
- Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunities by generating and nursing potential leads into businesses.
- Develop new clients and maintain good relationships with the existing clients.
- Update professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; benchmarking and practice state-of-the-art techniques for product development.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Work very closely with business decision makers and end users.
Educational Qualification: Minimum B.SC Engineering in EEE from a renowned public or private university
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Extensive working experience in the Lighting Industry, especially in the professional lighting fields.
- Working knowledge of LED chips and driver specifications.
- Working knowledge of DIALUX Software.
- Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of lighting projects including warehouses, streets, industries etc.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, both Bangla and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions.
- A passion for working hand-in-hand with users to successfully complete projects.
- Age limit within 35 years. Relaxable for extra-ordinary candidates
- Working in the similar industry will be an added advantage.
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
