• Planning, organizing, monitoring sales team and distributors for result oriented achievement.
• Delivering the business Top-Line and Bottom-Line mandate on a consistent basis
• Drive Business Strategy and Targets to increase Market share
• Execution of Route to Market Strategy; existing and future plans
• Over-managing and delivering on all commercial mandate
• Creating a Cost conscious environment that facilitates business growth; an accelerator to business on a sustainable basis
• Executing a cost effective Go To Market Strategy for the line or products
• Developing a sustainable pool of sales talent to drive the short and long term objectives of the business
• Creating and nurturing a healthy relationship with Distributors so that we can win at the market place
• Implementing the right trade margin structure for the brands the fuels growth and retains the right profitability structure for those brands
• Develop early warning systems for alerting the top management on risks that may derail the achievement of business plan
• Willing to visit all areas by extensive tour to bring all facts in the notice.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate degree from any recognized university. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Incumbent should be familiar with commonly used tools for market analysis and gross margin analysis and business planning
